Audit playbook
Plan actions, assign owners, and work through audit preparation in a structured way.
The audit playbook translates the results from legal logic and risk assessment into concrete actions. For each AI system there is a list of tasks that need to be completed before or during an audit – with owner, due date, and status.
Information
Only users with audit permission have access to the audit playbook. This is typically assigned to admins and named compliance owners.
Creating an action – step by step
- 1Open Audit Playbook in the left navigation
- 2Select the system in the selector
- 3Click "Create new action"
- 4Enter a title (e.g. "Submit bias assessment for training data")
- 5Set description and due date
- 6Assign an owner (the person who will complete the action)
- 7Select priority: LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH
- 8Save – action appears in the list

Before the audit
Translate all gaps from legal logic and risk assessment into actions and complete them before the auditor arrives.
During the audit
Show the auditor which actions are completed and which were intentionally deferred (with justification).
Ongoing operations
Capture open items from reviews, incidents, or governance findings directly as actions and track them.
Export for the auditor
The audit playbook can be exported as part of the compliance report. The auditor then sees all actions with status, owner, and due date – as a credible document.
