In every plan

What is always included

Whatever the plan, the same foundations apply to operations, security and the contract.

Hosted in Germany

The application and database run at Hetzner in Nuremberg, backups in Falkenstein. The data centre is ISO 27001 certified; the certification applies to the data centre, not to SimpleAct.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Audit log

Changes are logged, so it stays traceable who recorded or changed what, and when.

Reporting

Reports can be issued as PDF or DOCX – for management, auditors or customers.

DPA under Art. 28 GDPR

The data processing agreement can be read in full in advance, with the subprocessors Hetzner, Stripe and Brevo and their registered office, purpose and processing location.

Data export after the contract ends

After the contract ends, your data stays available for export for 30 days in a structured, common, machine-readable format (Terms § 13(5)).

Monthly or annual: what a year costs

Billed annually, the monthly price drops by about 20%. Under Terms § 6(3), fees are due in advance for the chosen billing interval – so with annual billing, once for the whole year.

Choosing a plan

Which plan fits?

Three questions usually decide it: how many AI systems and users? Do you need the GDPR module? And do you need an API, SCIM or custom SLAs?

Starter

You record up to 5 AI systems with up to 3 people and mainly need the inventory, risk classification, checklists and AI Act documentation.

Professional

More systems or users, several teams, governance workflows, single sign-on – or you want to run GDPR and the AI Act in one system.

Enterprise

You need a REST API and webhooks, SCIM, DPO management, third-country transfers, training through the Academy or custom SLAs.

Trial, contract and payment

The terms in plain language

The key points from our Terms for the buying decision. The Terms themselves are binding.

Trial

  • 7 days free with the full Starter scope.
  • No credit card needed, cancel anytime.
  • You can upgrade to Professional at any time.

Contract and cancellation

  • The contract renews automatically for the respective billing interval (Terms § 13(2)).
  • Cancel to the end of the billing interval: with 14 days’ notice on monthly billing, 2 months’ notice on annual billing.
  • Text form is enough, e.g. an email; cancelling via the platform, where available, also counts (§ 13(3)).
  • Price adjustments only at the end of a billing interval, announced at least six weeks ahead, with a special termination right (§ 6(4) and (5)).

Payment and invoices

  • All prices in euros net plus the applicable statutory VAT (§ 6(2)).
  • Payment by direct debit or credit card, by invoice where individually agreed (§ 6(3)).
  • Payments are currently processed by Stripe (§ 2(4)).
  • Invoices are provided electronically, by email or via the platform (§ 6(6)).

SimpleAct is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Sec. 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and to legal entities under public law (Terms § 1(2)).

Starter costs €199 per month, Professional €349 per month. Billed annually, it is €159 and €279 per month. Enterprise is priced on request. All prices are excl. VAT.
Yes. You can try SimpleAct free for 7 days with the full Starter scope – no credit card, cancel anytime.
No, the 7-day trial needs no credit card. For a paid plan, the Terms provide for payment by direct debit or credit card, or by invoice where individually agreed; payments are currently processed by Stripe.
In text form – an email is enough; cancelling via the platform, where available, also counts. You cancel to the end of the billing interval: with 14 days’ notice on monthly billing and 2 months’ notice on annual billing. Without cancellation, the contract renews for the respective billing interval.
Annual is about 20% cheaper: Starter then costs €1,908 instead of €2,388 a year (a €480 saving), Professional €3,348 instead of €4,188 (an €840 saving), all net. Monthly keeps you more flexible, as you can cancel with 14 days’ notice to the end of the billing month instead of 2 months to the end of the contract year.

Professional removes the limits and adds the vendor and model registers, AI Discovery, governance workflows with an audit readiness score, single sign-on, register export and the GDPR module.
Starter includes up to 5 AI systems and 3 users. On Professional and Enterprise, AI systems and users are unlimited.
Enterprise is offered individually; the price is available on request. The quickest route is a demo in which we go through your requirements for API, SCIM, integrations, training and SLAs.
You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time. To move to Enterprise, get in touch with us.
It stays available for export for 30 days in a structured, common, machine-readable format (e.g. CSV, JSON, PDF). On request, we support migration to another service. After that, the data may be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
From Professional, yes: record of processing, DPIA, TOMs, DPA as well as data subject requests, data breaches and retention periods. Enterprise adds DPO management, third-country transfers and authority packages. The GDPR module is not part of Starter.
