Backup and Restore Policy

1. Backup frequency

• Automated daily database backups.
• Retention period: 30 days unless contractual obligations require otherwise.
• Backup files are protected against unauthorized access.

2. Restore process

• Restore requests are handled according to incident priority and support plan.
• Monthly restore tests are performed and documented.
• Recovery actions are logged for auditability.

3. Recovery targets

Target values are defined per environment and incident class (RPO/RTO).
