Do we need a special Teams app installation?
No. The integration runs via webhooks and requires no app installation in the Teams admin centre. Configuration happens entirely in SimpleAct.
Can different Teams channels be configured for different event types?
Yes. You can set a separate channel per event type (incident, review, deadline). Each team only receives the notifications relevant to them.
