When an AI governance incident is logged in SimpleAct, a ServiceNow incident is created with category, priority, and short description. The link to the compliance entry is attached directly.

Corrective and preventive actions from the EU AI Act compliance process are created as ServiceNow change requests — with rationale, affected systems, and target date.

Bidirectional linking

ServiceNow ticket and SimpleAct entry remain linked. Status changes, comments, and resolution confirmations flow back — for a complete audit log.
